Hi. My name is Mark.
Ministry leadership is a gift. Yet, it can be a long and windy road. Though difficult to see, God is present and at work. He‘s shaping our inner landscape in the topography of his redemptive love. This is his way of formational leadership to fruit that lasts. It‘s what I call the Soulscape Journey.
Maybe that’s why you are here...
- You're exhausted... with the incessant relational and leadership demands.
- You’re alone… in isolation's wilderness and anxious if anyone sees or cares.
- You're spun... by self-criticism and shame wondering why you are out of step.
- You're jaded.. with today's leadership and feel powerless to change it.
- You're groaning... with shattered hopes and dreams for your life and ministy.
- Your're stressed... by the tightrope tension between ministry and home life.
I know what that's like... and often still do. Yet, there's reason to take heart!
There's faith for my living anchored, wholeheartedly, and free.
There's hope my life and leadership are doing good and will matter in a lasting way.
There's love because Jesus is my refuge and his Spirit calls me to walk with him.
That’s why I’m so passionate and grateful for my calling
to companion, develop, guide, and hold space for Christian leaders like you
who are choosing a soulscape journey in God's redemptive and enduring way.
