 Your soulscape journey matters! (Jer. 6:16).  

Spiritual direction is more than simply being spiritual; it canvasses your whole person and your whole soulscape journey. It listens for the weaving together of your story with God's. 

As such, spiritual direction is directed by the Spirit, not by me. My part is as a companion who listens with curiosity and care. I create slow and lingering spaces to value, explore, ponder, and discover your storied soul and your belovedness to God within it. 

This way of communion expands horizons of awareness as it sensitizes attunement to God's guiding voice. It grounds discernment in relational confidence rather than decision making. It empowers one's soulscape journey and personal calling toward fruit that lasts.

You don't have to walk alone! (Ps. 62:8).

Spiritual leadership is costly and often a lonely journey. Pressures, painful relational dynamics, personal struggles, and much more can pound and puncture our souls. We can doubt our calling and wonder if it's worth it. 

When you enter the dark and dry spaces who listens to you? In the void, who holds your hurt, fears, and grief with you?  Who creates a caring and calming space of confidence, so you can honestly journey through your pain? 

Drawing on my training in integrative pastoral counseling and soul formation, 25 years of leadership experience, and my own journey with grief and pain in life and leadership, I offer compassionate, ministry, grief care and shepherding to spiritual leaders. 

Lead from rest and renewal (Mt. 11:28).

Entering a sabbatical rest is a gift. It can be an oasis of refreshment, renewal, healing, and discernment for your soulscape journey.  

Yet, it can also be a wilderness wandering. 

Without a plan and the attentive guidance of a sabbatical shepherd who has the practical wisdom for listening and traveling well, too many leaders struggle with the open space sabbatical affords. They feel lost, isolated, and/or ill equipped for sabbatical's listening work of fallowness and wilderness wandering. 

With more than a decade of guiding ministry leaders and organizations in crafting a personalized sabbatical path and process, I offer sabbatical planning help, tools workshops, personal advising and debriefings. 

Parent by streams of living water (Ps. 1:3).

As a ministry parent of college and teen-aged kids, I know the demands of leading both in ministry and at home. It takes incredible energy, discernment, and wisdom to keep those two worlds from clashing as they merge and morph into one.

 Through my doctoral research and ministry work with countless families, I've come to believe the family isn't about control—it's about creating a "greenhouse" where God can nurture our kids' hearts and redeem our own. 

I love to see ministry parents thrive. I provide tailored parent care, consultations, and group retreats for parents that biblically root perspective, bring renewal, and strengthen parenting with practical wisdom. 

Discover resilience for your soul! (Heb. 4:9)

 It is normal to become weary in leadership. The ;world’s adversities and demands drain, demean, and dry out our souls... unless we slow down for communion with God and his redemptive renewal along the way.  

I offer training in soul care foundations, formational practices, way of life, and the keystone habits that can cultivate and revitalize a healthy soul for the journey. 

I do this through soulscape training workshops, retreats, prayer walks, and soul care experiences in a variety of formats and time frames. I love helping individuals, parents, teams and organizations find their way onto a healthy path of resilience and communion with God and others. 

   Live into God's way as a team! (Isa. 43:19)

So many Christian ministries desire to see those they lead bear good and lasting fruit. Yet, they struggle to embody that very fruit with one another because they lack the healthy soil of a vibrant staff culture.

  Most rely on the transactional business models and problem solving that are either too rigid or too flimsy to do much more than offer a temporary buoying and maintenance of the status quo.

   I offer an organic and integrative approach to vibrant ministry culture that's rooted in sound principles of biblical theology and neuroscience. It strategically guides and empowers the trust of belonging and  purposeful creativity for fruit that lasts.
