Welcome! My name is Mark.
I'm glad you are here.
Ministry leadership is a gift. Yet, its road can feel burdensome, leaving us worn thin and our work feeling empty. My life experience says God, who empties himself in loving self-sacrifice, meets us in our poverty. As such, our souls are storied and our soulscapes contoured for connection with God who loves us.
Maybe that’s why you are here...
- You're exhausted... with the incessant relational and leadership demands.
- You’re alone… in isolation's wilderness and anxious if anyone sees or cares.
- You're spun... by self-criticism and shame wondering why you are out of step.
- You're jaded.. in the leadership of your context and feel powerless to change it.
- You're groaning... with shattered hopes and dreams for your life and ministry.
- Your're stressed... by the tightrope tension between ministry and home life.
I know what its like to walk that desolate and lonely road.
Take heart my friend. You don't have to walk alone.
There is hope for us in God's redemptive and enduring way of love.
There is a well in the wilderness that does not run dry and there is fruit that lasts!
That’s why I’m grateful for God’s calling to walk alongside Christian leaders like you.
I companion, guide, and hold space for you to rest and wrestle with God, drawing on my own Soulscape Journey, more than 25 years of ministry leadership experience, and graduate-level training in relational systems leadership, story work, and soul care.
